The following sales statistics were published by the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS®:
In 2009, GRAR began providing an overall local “State of Real Estate” by releasing county home sales statistics on a quarterly basis. Given how the business of real estate traditionally operates and the uniqueness and general stability of our local market as compared to elsewhere and nationally, GRAR feels that this provides a better depiction and overall snapshot of our local Greater Rochester market.
